Nutrition Care Process for Autism
Nutrition Balance provides the nutrition care process for autism and other special-needs children in West Hartford Center — one-on-one with Romely Ritoli, R.D., CD-N, in person or by telehealth, with fees reimbursed by several health plans. Care begins with an initial session covering health and nutrition history, goal setting and meal planning.
Studies have proven that certain foods affect brain development in some children. Research suggests that the inability to break down certain foods may affect brain development and behavior.

What My Nutrition Services Include
- Private consultations for individuals and families.
- Initial 1–1½ hour session for health and nutrition history, goal setting and meal planning.
- Individual follow-up sessions or packages to reinforce dietary modifications and further nutrition education.
- Credit cards, checks, cash accepted. Fees reimbursed by several health plans.
- Telehealth or in-person appointments are available.
